EQ-HC-2 is designed for heating pressing dies with a Band Heater (480 ºC Max.) and a Temperature Controller. (Die is NOT included, please order accordingly)

Working Temperature
  • Band Heater: RT - 480 ºC
  • The maximum working temperature depends on the both Band Heater and Pressing Die, whichever is lower.
  • Higher temperature available upon request at extra cost, please contact MTI for details
Temp. control method
  • Programmable PID temperature controller with the type-K thermocouple.

Application Notes
  • More sizes of band heaters are available upon request.
  • To avoid damaging the die core and sleeve, we strongly recommend you use the professional laboratory hydraulic pressers which ensure the most even pressing interface and uniform pressure force.
