Split-able Pouch Cell with Optional Size for Battery R&D - SPC-Series

EQ-SPC-Series are splittable pouch cells made of Nylon or Peek, which are designed for testing pouch cells with max electrode dimension of different size. Its detachable design allows you to test the pouch cell behavior as well as structural changes of electrode easily, quickly and cost effectively.

Structure	One digital pressure gauge installed on top to monitor pressure. You may remove the gauge and use 1/4 female port to inject electrolyte into the pouch cell Two stainless steel contacts to connect anode and cathode by the screw Max. working temperature: 80°C for Nylon, and 120°C for PEEK Max. working pressure: 36psi (0.25MPa) for Nylon and 60psi (0.4Mpa) for PEEK
Application Note	In order to make metal air pouch cell, you can drill holes in the case.
