It includes:
- One quartz tube - one end closed; O.D. size 60mm, 80mm, or 100mm dia. (please select the tube size in the option bar)
- One alumina (Al2O3) holder with lid for graphite crucible
- One vacuum flange assembly with one mechanic pressure gauge, one hose barb for inert gas/vacuum release, and one KF25 vacuum pump connector
Max. working temperature 1750°C (with thermal insulation inseat)
Graphite Crucible (not included)
- 1.5"OD x 1.25"ID x 3.75"DP for 60mm dia. tube
- 2.285"OD x 1.415"ID x 3.05"H for 80mm dia. tube
Application Notes:
Attention: A pressure regulator must be installed on your input gas tank (click picture below to review) and have the output gas pressure set below 3 PSI at all times after opening the gas tank with the gas maintained in a continuous flowing condition. Gas build up with pressure levels exceeding over 3 PSI may cause irreversible damage to the furnace chamber.
- Never heat the furnace while the gas release valve is closed and a positive pressure condition exists within the furnace chamber. The pressure gauge must be used to closely monitor the chamber condition at all times during the heating process; please open the gas release valve immediately once the chamber pressure has reached over 3 PSI to prevent unforseeable damages.

- The flow rate for gases should be limited to < 200 SCCM ( or 200ml/min )
