MTI

MSK--E2300A is a precision electric calendar machine (rolling press) with a high-quality hydraulic pressure controllable system. It can prepare electrode sheets (current collector with the material coated on it) at consistent and repeatable rolling pressure up to 20T.
MTI has granted the patents 201720537817.1& 201720534495.5 for the Pressure Controlled Electric Rolling Machine MSK-E2300A since December 2017.

Application Notes
  • To avoid rusting, use acetone to clean and dry rollers' surfaces after each use
  • Apply anti-rust lubricant on the surface of rollers if the machine is unused for a long period of time
  • Never roll materials with hardness > HRC 50
  • In order to prolong the lifespan of the roller bearings, regular lubrication is recommended
  • Multi-step thickness calendering needed: While calendering the sample sheet, make each calendering decrement of 0.02mm compared to the sheet's original thickness
  • Clean roller surface for each rolling and applies lubricate when not in use to avoid corrosion
