MSK-111A-PEM is a large high precision automatic stacking machine with hybrid stacking modes (regular Z-type stacking and piece-by-piece sequence stacking). The maximum acceptable electrode size is L 200 mm * 150 mm W. The stacking machine is compatible with glovebox that is filled with Argon gas to ensure no air/humidity exposure during pouch cell electrode stacking.

- Compatible for stacking for both regular electrodes and pure Lithium anode electrodes in the Ar glove box or dry room.
- Hybrid stacking modes of regular Z-type stacking and piece-by-piece sequence stacking for solid-state battery application.

- Auto separator cutting and feeding for each battery.
- Adjustable mechanical electrode fixture for accurate electrode positioning
- Auto tension-controlled rotor for separator feeding
- One set of 80x50mm stocking die fixtures is included for immediate use.
