Large Automatic Pouch Cell Stacking Machine with Hybrid Stacking Modes (Max.200 mm L x 150 mm W), Glovebox Compatible - MSK-111A-PEM

MSK-111A-PEM is a large high precision automatic stacking machine with hybrid stacking modes (regular Z-type stacking and piece-by-piece sequence stacking). The maximum acceptable electrode size is L 200 mm * 150 mm W. The stacking machine is compatible with glovebox that is filled with Argon gas to ensure no air/humidity exposure during pouch cell electrode stacking.

We will make it for you at extra cost. Allowable customization size: Max. 200mm x 150mm; Min. 100 mm x 50 mm; Each size cell needs one mold.
Operation in Glove Box	The Pouch Cell Stacking Machine can be operated in the glove box in either N2 and Ar gas
Vacuum Pump	An Oilless Vacuum pump (28L/min, 140W) is built-in to enable the vacuum suction function of the electrode pick-up/stacking manipulator.

Application Notes	This machine can be put in a glovebox and operated in Ar gas.
