MTI

KSL-VMW-1400 is crucible microwave furnace in stainless steel vacuum chamber up to 1400oC The microwave tube furnace is equipped with a precision SCR controller with 30 segments programmable and 1ºC accuracy. It can be used for sintering under vacuum and inert gas atmosphere.

Heating Elements

  • Note: Zirconia crucible is easy to crack during rapid heating, which is consumable ( click the pic below to order ).

  • The SiC heater is placed inside a fibrous alumina casing as the thermal insulation layer

Vaccum Chamber

  • Microwave sintering can be operated with inner and vacuum.
  • Vaccum can reach 10- 2 torr after well baking with optional mechnical pump below
  • Note: Microwave is sesitive for moisture. Please always keep chamber r in vacuum to keep thermal insulating material from moisture
