MTI

EQ-HSC-8 is an 8-channel split coin cell kit designed for high-throughput R&D battery material testing and screening. With this testing kit, 8 split coin cells can be assembled independently with varying battery materials and tested parallelly by a multi-channel battery analyzer for comparison and time-saving. This split coin cell kit can be easily tightened or de-assembled by a wrench. No coin cell crimper is needed, saving the user's time and cost.

Structure & Features
  • 8 separated split coin cells can be assembled independently and tested parallelly for high-throughput R&D battery material testing and screening
  • Work greatly with a multi-channel battery analyzer for battery material comparison and time-saving
  • Stainless steel bottom contact plate and top plunger ensure good electrical conductivity 
  • Regular sealing gasket and Nylon body are default choice for the pressure cell. Perofluo O-ring and PEEK body with excellent corrosion resistance are avilable upon request. 
  • The air-tight design ensures zero electrolyte leakage

Testing Station (Optional)
  • To perform a parallel test for multiple cells, simply align the kit parallel with an MTI multi-channel battery analyzer and have the cells connected to the corresponding channels for cycling life coulombic efficiency, and other measurements
