MTI

EQ-WK-SAB Safety Alarm Box is designed for enhancing the safety of MTI Furnace, by shutting off the solenoid valve in Gas Inlet when the temperature drops out the normal range. It perfects for inlet gas such Oxygen while doing the deposition Experiment. The temperature is reading by the same thermocouple on MTI Furnace to keep temp uniformity.

Specifications:

 Feature Built in "auto tune" function allows you to adjust furnace temperature with minimum over-shooting.
