KSL-1200X-L5-UL is a five sides heating muffle furnace, which is designed for annealing super-alloy and precious metal with more uniform temperature zone and SiC sheet is installed on the bottom of the chamber which can load heavy samples up to 100 kg.

Double temperature controller to ensure furnace never overshoots  Thermal-efficient ceramic (high-purity alumina fiber) insulation surrounding the chamber provides maximum energy efficiency.  Heavy-duty double-layer structure with a cooling fan to keep furnace exteriors safe to touch.  Built-in vent port removes undesirable contaminants and moisture; extends the life span of the heating elements and furnace.

A wireless remote control provides up to 300 meters of operating range. Application Notes	This furnace is a vacuum-sealed furnace, toxic or explosive materials, and gasses are not recommended for use with this furnace without necessary safety controls and supervision.  Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use.
