YLJ-HP60-LD (updated from YLJ-HP-6T-LD) is 200°C Max. compact lamination hot press consists of 6 metric ton hydraulic press with two heated platens (120x120mm area). The temperatures of the heated platens are controlled by a digital temperature controller up to 200°C. The hot press is designed for preparing electrode & electrolyte of solid and flexible lithium battery.

  • Warning: Please don't press a small area die directly against the soft Aluminium alloy surface. You may add a hard steel plate on top and bottom  if press a small diameter die

  • The single set point digital controller is installed in the control cabinet

Warranty
  • One-year limited standard warranty (Extended warranty is available for up to 5 years at an extra cost)
  • Please note that small pores (<1.5 mm dia) may appear at the surface of the platens due to the process of die-casting aluminum, which is not covered by the warranty.
