Furnace structure

• Double layer steel casing with air cooling. 
• Two cooling fan inside to keep case temperature < 55°C.
• High purity Alumina refractory chamber with 10mm thick 2500  ° C grade YSZ ceramic liner.

Tube Materials:  

99.8% High purity Al₂O₃ ceramic

Tube Size

• Premier Grade alumina tube made in USA. OD: 82 mm x ID: 73 mm x 1000 mm length.  
• Two pairs of SS tune support is installed to avoid tube bending under high temperature. (click picture below to see details).
• Two fiberous ceramic tube blocks are included for blocking heat radiation from inside tube. (Ceramic blocks must be fully inserted into the furnace chamber before heating);

     
  

Seal flange

• In order to increase the throughput and achieve high vacuum, you may replace the standard barbed hose fitting with the KF25 adapter, please click underline to order.
• For supplying high pressure gas, you may replace the standard barbed hose fitting with the VCR Face Seal Fitting, please click underline to order.
