MTI

GSL-1200X--D6 is a 6" ( 150 mm) dia. solid tube furnace with  3 heating zone and a 1200oC working temperature The tube furnace equips with a touch screen control system, that allows a one-click start/stop multi-temperature zone, the automatic recording. The temperature profile can pre-store up to 5 programs. The furnace can accept quartz tubes with the optional diameter f 80, 100, 130, and 150mm. Vaccum-sealed stainless steel sealing flanges is available as an option for the heat treatment of sample under a controlled atmosphere

  • Tube furnaces with quartz tubes are designed for use under vacuum and low pressure < 0.2 bars 
  • Attention: A two-stage pressure regulator must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure to below 3 PSI for safe operation. Click here to learn about the installation of a gas regulator.
  • The vacuum limit for all quartz tube furnaces is < 1000oC.
  • The flow rate for gases should be limited to< 200ml/min)for reducing thermal shocks to the tube
