EQ-SKJ-ZM1650 is a 1650°C max. zone melting system for directional solidification and zone melting. Equipped with a 10 kW ultra-high-frequency induction power supply, it can melt thin metallic rods at ease. The dual translational stages for induction coil and sample holder allow customers to try different growth methods in one working station, such as top-seed growth, Bridgeman, and zone melting. 
The hermetic quartz chamber is compatible for operations under vacuum or inert gas flow.

  •  In order to zone melting for metallic materials, you may make a solid rod sample from powder before zone melting via CIP as the link below
