• You may upgrade the controller to the Eurotherm 3004 with +/- 0.1 accuracy, which is compatible with LabVIEW. This package includes a Eurotherm 3004 programmer, and a communication cable (RS485 - USB).

• A set of SS304 flanges are included, KF-25 gas outlet port
  
• Vacuum level: 10-2 torr using a mechanical pump, 10-5 torr using a molecular pump (pump is not included)
• Max withstand pressure for the standard flange included is 0.3 Mpa. Customization (up to 5 Mpa) is available at an extra cost

• Two Gas Detector is Integrated into the system. One is installed on the furnace to monitor potential gas leakage. The other one is portable which can be used to check other ports

• First level alarm point: once it reaches 50 ppm, the alarm is trigged

• 1/4" Dia stainless steel tube is installed for burning hydrogen gas during gas flowing

• Tube furnaces with alumina tubes are designed for use under vacuum and low pressure < 0.12 atm (absolute pressure)
• The flow rate for gases should be limited to < 200 SCCM  for reducing thermal shocks to the tube
