MTI

MSK-USP-3N is a desktop 300W ultrasonic processor with a quality sound-proof chamber and stainless steel elevating platform. It is designed for disperses nano-powder in liquid with a small quantity, homogenize liquid phase from co-precipitation and mix multi-chemical in one solution more efficiently than any other method, and is an ideal tool for preparation new generation of LED phosphor, Li-ion battery slurry and quality thin film by sol-gel method.
Update on 3/6/15: The processor head/probe is upgraded to be made of ceramic alumina which has excellent corrosion resistivity.

Application Notice
  • Processor Head should be dip into sample liquid around 10mm.
  • The Maximum dip in depth is 30mm, over dip may cause power board malfunction.
  • Sample Liquid handling volume: 5 mL - 200 mL
  • Please clean all residuals from the probe head and wipe dry after each use to preventing corrosion
  • Continuous working time should limit to less than 5-10 mins, for using in high Power Mode of Ultrasonic Proces(Over 50% power).
  • Can build Up to 400C Ultrasonic Liquid Mixing System inside the vacuum chamber.
