MTI

MSK-NMP-1 is a CE Certified Dual-Filtration System for NMP(N-Methyl-2-pyrrolidone) Vapor Recycling of Battery Cathode Coating. It can be used to filter the vapor formed from the process of coating and drying with the dual-filtration level in Li-ion battery R&D.

  • Dual-filtration mechanism: The fan takes the NMP vapor to the first upper water bath and part of NMP vapor was absorbed and dissovled in the water bath. Then the NMP vapor go through the down chamber and enter into the second water bath for further absorption.
