MTI

MSK-131-SM8 is a 8-channel vacuum SEI formation machine for prismatic cells. The formation process can be operated under high temperature and vacuum conditions, which will facilitate fast SEI formation to obtain stable OCV.

Channels and Prismatic Cell Size

  • The prismatic cell tray is shown in Pic. 1.
  • The standard cell tray is W 148mm, T 27 mm, H 98 mm. Any customized sizes in this range are available upon request at extra cost. (Pic. 2)  
  • The prismatic cell sizes: W 148-360 mm, T 27-71 mm, H: 98-207 mm.
  • The probe module is shown in Pic. 3. The whole module can be easily de-installed.
