MTI

MSK-T-18 is a manual die cutter set for cutting pouch cell battery cathode and anode electrodes. One pair of die cutters is included: One for cutting two cathode sheets of L56 mm x W43 mm (W), and another for cutting two anode sheets of L58 mm x W45 mm. Customized die-cutters are available upon request.

SPECIFICATIONS

Cutting Dies Dimension
  • The standard Cathode and Anode Cutting dies are preinstalled in the cutters for immediate use (Pic.1)
    • Cathode Die (mm): 57 L x 44 W with the protrude current collector of 10 L x 5 W (Pic.2)
    • Anode Die (mm): 58 L x 45 W with the protrude current collector of 10 L x 5 W (Pic.2)
    • <100 mm width electrode sheet is required to insert into the cutter (please see below video to learn the operation)
  • Customized die size is not available for this device. Please see the related product below for other sizes
 Cutter Structure
  • Manual push-down for cutting
  • Pushing plate size: 4.7" x 10.2"
  • One PVC plate is put on the bottom to protect the cutting die
  • One set of wrenches and a screw drive are included for adjusting the pushing plate position
Cutting Dies
  • Two die cutters are included, and one die cut two pcs of electrode
    • Cathode Die: 56 mm (L) x 43 mm (W) with 14 mm (L) x 11 mm (W) protrude current collector
    • Anode Die: 58 mm (L) x 45 mm (W) with 13 mm (L) x 11 mm (W) protrude current collector
  • Maximum Customized Size: 120 mm (L) x 80 mm (W) (including current collector)

  • Max. 0.2 mm (tested with aluminum laminated film)
