MTI

MSK-EC-200 is a corona (also called Air plasma) treatment machine that is mainly used for the pre-processing of various cast film substrates. This device adopts a ceramic roller for discharging electrodes, it is capable of processing conductive materials such as copper foil, aluminum foil, and others. This device uses high-frequency and high-voltage electric power to generate corona discharge between the electrodes and produce low-temperature plasma, thereby modifying the polarization of the surface of the conductive foil. Such a technique can improve the adhesion of the substrate as well as the coating quality. It is widely used for materials modification, grafting, casting coating, ink printing and etc..

Safety Measures	Built-in overload limits for the input voltage, short circuit or open circuit on output, ground, etc. Security alarm in case of accident/error occurs. Ozone will be generated while the equipment is running, be sure to evacuate the ozone gas. Insolation gloves must be worn during the operation.
