MTI

KSL-1200X-M-TGA is a desktop muffle furnace (9L) with a precision TGA (thermal gravimetric analysis) function.  It is a cost-effective tool to analyze the phase transition of various oxide compounds from 100°C to 1200°C  in large quantity samples (1200g max) under air ambient conditions.  I also can be used as a conventional box furnace if remove TGA support rod.

  • High-purity alumina fiber insulation surrounding the chamber provides maximum energy efficiency. 
  • Heavy duty double layer structure with a cooling fan to keep furnace exteriors safe to touch. 
  • Double-layer steel case with forced-air cooling to ensure lower safer face temperature.
  • One ?30mm venting port is built on top of the furnace
  • One ?6mm air inlet is located at one side of the furnace.

            Electronic Balance
            • A precision electronic balance is located at bottom of the heating chamber with a 0.001 g resolution
            • The alumina crucible is set on the balance via an alumina rod

            • Sample amount: 10 g minimum;  200 g maximum.
            • Force Sensor output data will connect to the laptop to show the weight change curve with temperature
            • RS485 port and operation software  are included
