MTI

The EQ-KSL-1200X-BF6 is a 6'' wide conveyor belt furnace with the concept of a continuous process of various materials. It is a perfect pilot-scale manufacturing tool for thick film, the electronic component firing process, photovoltaic cells pre/post-fabrications, and sintering of ceramics & metals materials. Working pieces are carried directly on a mesh type belt and been heat treated/process through the heating modules under a protective gas atmosphere.

Furnace structure
  • Total of seven heating modules. 
  • High purity fibrous alumina insulating systems between each module for the max energy saving
  • Dual-layer insulation design ensures a casing surface temperature < 70C
  • 300mm Long cooling section is integrated at the end section of the furnace
  • Mesh type belt is supported in the furnace by a series of quartz supports.

  • The power cord is included without a plug.


Temperature Control
  • Independent temperature control unit which allows a remote operation
  • Touch Screen Controller allows individual temperature control for the seven zones

  • The heating Rate is up to 10/min
  • 15 pcs K Type Thermocouples are installed ( 7 T/C for control and 8 T/C for the monitor )
