MTI

HVF-1600X is a horizontal high vacuum furnace up to 1600.and 10-6 torr.   The furnace is heated via moly resistance wire inside of water cold stainless steel chamber with an effective heating zone of 100x100x200 mm  ( 2 Liter)

             Vacuum chamber
            • The chamber is made of SS304 with water cooling jacket
            • KG63 vacuum port, which can connect a tubo pump directly.
            • Vacuum level:  10-6 torr at room temperature.
            • 1/4 gas inlet and outlet with valve are included
            • Two flowmeters are built-in 
             Heating chamber
                
            • The heating zone consists of 3 mm Moly rod 
            • Moly sheet is around the heating zone as thermal insulation by reflection
            • Heating zone dimension: 200 mm diameter x 400mm depth
            • One sliding sample stage is included
            • Moly heating element only can be used under high vacuum ( > 10-3 torr) or inert gas
             Temperature control
             
            • Eurothero 3000 programmable temperature controller with over-temperature protection
            • Touch screen control panel for easy setup and recording of temperature profiles 
            • B type of thermal couples
            • Temperature accuracy: +/- 0.1 °C
            • Max. working temperature 1600°C
            • Max. heating rate: 20°C / minute
            • RS 485 port with software  included  for PC remote operation
              Water Chiller
                 
            • 16L/min recirculating water chiller is included
            • Temperature range: 5 - 30°C
            • Water Flow Rate: 16 L/min
            • Water Tank: 12 Liters made of stainless steel
              Vacuum Pump (optional)
             
            • Turbo-pump with KF 63 port is required to achieve 10-6 torr vacuum

             Hydrogen option
            • The furnace can be used as a hydrogen furnace  with MTI hydrogen burning and a leak detection system

            • Without MTI safe hydrogen protection system, you can not run the furnace under hydrogen gas
