MTI

HVF-1600X-12 is a cold-wall front-loading high vacuum furnace up to 1600 with all metallic components inside the vacuum chamber. It provides a clean and well-defined high vacuum condition for sintering. The furnace is resistance heated by molybdenum coils inside a water-cooled stainless steel vacuum chamber. The effective heating area is 200×200×300 mm for vacuum and inert conditions. The system can also be modified for hydrogen gas upon request.

             Vacuum chamber
            • 304 SS water-cooled vacuum chamber
            • ISO100-K vacuum port for vacuum generation. 
            • Vacuum level:  <1e-6 torr at room temperature.
            • 1/4 gas inlet and outlet with valves
            • Two float flowmeters. 
             Heating chamber
                
            • 1 set of Mo heating coils
            • Multilayer thermal reflection layer made of refractory alloy
            • Effective heating zone: 200x200x200 mm (12 L)
            • One sliding sample stage
            • Mo heating coils can only be used under high vacuum (<1e-4 torr) or Ar ambient.
