EQ-Bal-APD6-S36 is a high throughput automatic dispenser with 6 dispensing heads and analytical balances for solid powder distribution up to 36 samples. The application interface allows the user to make dedicate programming steps for preparing samples of various weights and composition ratios with 10 mg resolution. The integrated carousel, barcode scanner, and printer provide fully automatic, unattended, reproducible and accurate data logging over the entire dispensing process. It is an ideal tool for powder sample preparation in high throughput alloy and ceramic research (such as solid electrolyte development in Lithium-ion battery).
