The dehumidification system MSK-ADS-4000 and the water chiller SDA-3025 are designed for a customized dry room system with a 24 square meters maximum (3m* 8m) area and a dew point < -40ºCMSK-ADS-4000 ( Max. Two persons with protective cloth). The entire pouch/cylinder battery cell line would be launched in the dry room.

  • The dry room system consists of a dehumidifier, a recirculating chiller, and a sealed room modified by a greenhouse(ordered separately)
  • Can be installed without a construction contractor, and moveable by yourselves
  • Dew Point: -40ºC ? ~ 79 ppm) under the condition that has no de-gas or de-vapor equipment inside and measures in the center of the dry room with one operator.
  • 16 kW for dehumidifier / 13 kW for water chiller
  • The dry room shall be placed in an air-conditioned room with a temperature < 26oC, and humidity < 60%
  • Flexible to choose dehumidifier and water chill for DIY your own dry room

  • A greenhouse can be used to make a dry room by DIY. You can buy it from Amazon and modify it into a sealed room DIY

Note and Warning
  • Must wear Clean room clothes to enter the dry room as shown in the picture left for quick recovery of dew point 
  • Please keep the cloth inside the dry room to keep it dry.
  • Please allow 20 - 30 minutes to recover the dew point to -40 C when one person enters the dry room
