MTI

EQ-RMP-2 Recirculating Moisture Purification System can provide an oilless, dry gas environment with moisture concentration lower than 2 ppm for MTI's stainless steel glove boxes (VGB-3 and VGB-4A). It is an ideal tool to assemble Li-ion cells for R&D, such as electrolyte injection and battery case assembly. The system is very compact and easily fits under the glove box. It contains purification material inside the purification cylinder to soak gas moisture during the recirculating process. When moisture is saturated with the purification material, a regeneration temperature controller can help regenerate the purification material for extended usage.

Purification System
  • Automatic moisture remove to <2 ppm (Li-Ion battery assembling requires <11 ppm moisture)
  • Precision Humidity Analyzer is installed on the Purification System with an accuracy of +/- 0.1 ppm
  • Large capacity moisture filter built-in bottom of a mobile cart, which can soak moisture up to 1.5 kg
  • Automatically purging function is built-in for quick reducing H2O < 50 ppm before recycling.
  • Regeneration Temperature Controller is built-in for automatically regenerating the filter
  • The automatic pressure control system is built in to keep the pressure at a constant level
  • 6" color PLC touch panel is included which can set and display the humidity and pressure level
  • The control panel is removable, which can be placed in any place for easy operation
Purification Pipeline
  • Two 304 stainless steel KF40 ports for inert gas inlet/outlet recirculation through the filter
  • One heavy-duty vacuum pump, 240L/m is included in this system: EQ-YTP-550 
  • Note: You need to order two sets of 1000mm length SS Bellows: KF-40 to the KF-25 Reducer Union, KF-40 & KF-25 quick clamp to connect the purification system to MTI's VGB-3 or VGB-4A glove box. KF-40 to the KF-25 Reducer Union are available at extra cost (Please click on the third picture below for details)
