MTI

 EQ-PTL-OV5P-L 5-position die coater is suitable for large sample up to 10" x 3". The coating process involves one sample each time to be selected to coat out of 5 containers which usually contain 5 different types of the coating solution. The user can write a coating program in touch screen control and monitor the status from it. The try oven is controlled by a digital PID temperature controller. It can be set to dry the sample after coating without the hand-in process and significantly save the time consuming ensure the operational consistency.

Rotary dipping stage
    
 The rotary dipping stage has five slots to place coating solution containers. It is controlled by the program to send each container sequentially in a position for sample coating. According to the program which user can coat their sample with one or multiple layers of coating at one go.
