15KW Induction Heating System with 8.5" Quartz Tube & Temperature-Controller up to 2000C - SP-85KTC

SP-85KTC is a larger temperature-controlled induction heating/melting system with complete accessories, which includes a 15 KW Induction Heater, 8.5" (216mm) O.D Quartz Tube with Hinged type Flanges & Valves, Graphite Crucible & Refractory Assembly, 58L/m Recirculating Water Chiller, Vacuum Pump, and Mobile Cart. It is an ideal tool for growing crystal, melting, and sintering new metallic alloys with melting points < 2000ºC under protective gas environment.
WARNING: Please always keeps the pressure inside the vessel <0.02MPa relative to the atmosphere during the heating and inert gas filling. Please read the manual carefully, always wear a protective welding helmet, monitor, and properly control the pressure of the reaction vessel during the operation. Over pressurize the vessel can cause damage to the quartz tube, flange, and even personal injury.

Protective Sheild	For Non-UL Certified version, a protective shield made of polycarbonate will be provided. For UL Certified version, a protective shield made of  PF will be provided. The protective shield is to be placed around the quartz tube to contain any material debris if accidents happen.
