MTI Corporation provides the high purity quartz tube as the replacement part for high-temperature tube furnaces/induction heaters in universities, companies, and national labs. It can be used at operating temperature up to 1200ºC.

Application Notes
  • For vacuum sealing, please choose vacuum flanges at the related products below
  • Vacuum pressures may only be safely used up to 1000°C
  • The flow rate for gases should be limited to<200 SCCM (or 200ml/min) for reducing thermal shocks to the tube
  • Quartz tubes are designed for using under vacuum and low pressure < 0.2 bars / 3 psi / 0.02 MPa
  • You may order some Refractory Material to support the crucible, and an Alumina Crucible Lid (45mm dia)
