This is the KF50 flange adapter of the vacuum sealing assembly for the tube with 60mm OD without any welding and gluing.

  SPECIFICATIONS

Features	The KF50 flange adapter of the vacuum sealing assembly for the tube with 60mm OD. Seal the tube by tightening the screws on the flange without any welding and glue. Made of Stainless Steel ( SS304) with double high-temperature silicon O-rings and a pressing ring. Excellent for any type of tubing: ceramic, glass, quartz, and steel pipe. As shown in the picture, for only one side of the tube. Vacuum level: 10-5 torr by molecular pump and 10-2 torr by a mechanical pump

Warning	Must put a refractory tube block in front of the flange (see the picture below) to avoid the heat radiation melt the silicone O-ring. You can order a ceramic block in related products. Please do not over-tighten the three hex screws on the flanges to avoid overpressure incidents. The recommended torque is 35~40 inch-lbs.
