MTI

This is a pair of air tight sealing flanges made of polyfluortetraethylene (PTFE) for 60mm O.D. processing tubes. If CVD gases are considered to be corrosive to stainless steel, we highly recommend you use a PTFE flange assembly:

Configuration of Left Flange:
  • Polyfluortetraethylene (PTFE) made flange interior (only the flange interior will expose to the reaction chamber); 
  • Polyfluortetraethylene (PTFE) needle valve with 1/4" tube fitting;
  • High-profile silicon O-Rings (2 pcs) can withstand temperatures up to 250°C;   
Configuration of Right Flange:
  • Polyfluortetraethylene (PTFE) made flange interior (only the flange interior will expose to the reaction chamber);
  • Digital Vacuum Gauge for MTI Furnaces, EQ-DVPG
  • Polyfluortetraethylene (PTFE) needle valve with 1/4" tube fitting;
  • 1/4 BSP(Female) to M14x1.5(Male) adaptor;
  • PTFE "T" Piece, EQ-TP1-PTFE;
  • High-profile silicon O-Rings (2 pcs) can withstand temperatures upto 250°C;
  • The digital pressure gauge is optional

Note: Max. The working temperature of the flange set is 250°C, you must use thermal blocks to establish a thermal barrier and reduce heat radiation. Otherwise, the PTFE flange set can be melted if the furnace temperature gets higher than 500°C.
