  • Size: 22 mm diameter x 2.0 mm Thickness,with a cavity in the center of the plate with 10mm dia. and 0.5 mm depth 
  • Zero diffraction plate is made of Silicon cut at special orientation
  • Perfect for sample holder of powder XRD, which has no background noise from 20 to 120 degree (2? angle Cu Ka X-Ray)
  • Fit with XRD of Siemens, Scintag, Rugaku and many more.
  •  Warning:  X-ray beam shall be 5 mm dia or less and hit in the center of sample when you use cacity zero diffraction plate ! Otherwise  the edge may result in a peak.
