Quick Clamp Vacuum Sealing Assembly for 60mm dia Tube Furance with KF50 Vaccum Port - EQ-FL-60QC

This is a quick clamp vacuum sealing assembly for tube vacuum furnace tube of OD 60 mm without any welding and gluing.

SPECIFICATIONS

Features	Stainless steel flange with double high-temperature silicone O-rings. Seal tube by tightening screws on the flange with no welding and glue needed. KF50 port and clamp on the flange allow quick access to the vessel in the furnace. High-temperature silicone O-ring and centering ring at flange cap. 1/4" in diameter vacuum sealing assembly connects with a rubber hose. Ideal for any type of tubing: ceramic, glass, quartz and steel pipe.
Vacuum Level	10E-2 torr by a mechanical pump 10E-5 torr by a small turbopump and  10-6 torr by hi-speed turbopump

Warning	A refractory tube block is required in front of the flange to avoid silicone O-ring melting.  Please consider purchasing our ceramic tube block. This product is heavy, flange support is highly recommended. Please do not over tighten the three hex screws on the flanges to avoid overpressure incidents. The recommended torque is 35~40 inch-lbs.
